Volunteer of the Month

Volunteer of the Month Rachael Bricker

Andy Warhol once said, “The best thing about a picture is that it never changes, even when the people in it do.” Our students change so much throughout their time with us and this month’s Volunteer of the Month captures those ‘moments in time’ to help create lasting memories. It is an immense honor to recognize Rachael Bricker, of Four Seasons Elementary, as our April 2025 Volunteer of the Month.

Mrs. Bricker is the heart and soul behind our yearbook committee. She dedicates countless hours to ensuring that every student, every class, and every special moment is captured and celebrated in our yearbook. Whether it's a big event or a small classroom activity, she is always there, camera in hand, ready to preserve the memories that our students and families will cherish for years to come.

Her attention to detail is unmatched. She works tirelessly to make sure that every student who can be pictured is included and that the yearbook represents our school equitably and beautifully. She also leads the charge on picture days, organizing students for group photos and coordinating with Classic Photography to make the entire process seamless.

Beyond her own efforts, Mrs. Bricker inspires and leads others. She recruits and supervises volunteers, ensuring that the yearbook committee runs smoothly and that picture days are well-organized. It is a job that spans the entire year, and she does it with dedication, patience, and an incredible eye for detail.

Mrs. Bricker, your hard work, generosity, and passion do not go unnoticed. You are an invaluable asset to our school community, and we are so grateful for all that you do. Four Seasons Elementary and the entire Anne Arundel County Public Schools community is blessed to have such a dedicated volunteer and we thank you for your service.
