The goal of the Community Based Services Program is to provide services to preschool aged children with delays/disabilities to help them reach their potential and be prepared to school.
Home and/or community based services that your child may be eligible for are special education, speech & language therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, vision, and hearing services.
