The Dance Office is excited to offer Summer Dance Intensive this year!

The applications window is open from February 3rd - March 7th, 2025. Applications are submitted through the  Co-curricular and Summer Programs (CASP) portal. 

Students may request to attend ONE week ONLY. 

Please use the link above to log into CASP and apply to programs. When on the log-in page, please ensure you select "Summer Programs", and enter the student ID without any additional spacing, and the student birthdate with zeroes, such as 02/03/2025.  Visit the Summer Programs webpage for additional resources.

After submitting applications during the window, and beginning on March 22, 2025, families will receive email communication that your child has either been selected into a camp, waitlisted, or not accepted. Once notices are sent, families will have nine calendar days to accept their child’s seat and pay any tuition fees associated with the camp to secure and confirm their seat. 

Please note that Dance Intensive requires a registration fee of $300 that will be due by March 30, 2025, if offered a seat in the camp. 

This program does not offer AACPS transportation therefore self-transport will be required to/from the sessions.

We understand that plans can change. Therefore, we offer a flexible cancellation policy for our summer programs. Families can cancel their registration up to 14 days prior to the start of the camp to receive a full refund. This policy ensures that we can accommodate other families on our waiting list and manage our resources effectively. 

Cancellations or "no-shows" less than 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
