Dear SOES families,
Get ready, because the Scholastic Book Fair is coming our way! Choosing their own books empowers kids and inspires them to become bolder, prouder, and stronger readers. AND every book they buy earns rewards for our school.
Here’s what you need to know about the Fair, which will take place from October 21 – October 26.
Students with funds to purchase books will visit the Book Fair during their normal media center time slot during the school day. If you are unsure of your student's media center day, you can either contact their teacher OR find that information on our volunteer sign-up sheet (see below).
We need volunteers to help students find and purchase books, so please sign up here if you can help. Classes that provide at least two volunteers during the book fair will earn 50 scholastic dollars to be spent on books/supplies for their classrooms, so sign up and help your teacher achieve that reward!
Before the Fair, set up an eWallet for worry-free, cash-free purchases. Instructions can be found on our Book Fair homepage.
