Dear Phoenix Families,
We are excited to offer free hair braiding services to our students! This is a wonderful opportunity for students to access professional braiding services at no cost. Please see the attached flyer and details below for the upcoming service dates and selection criteria.

Selection Criteria:
Please note that while your student may have signed up, student selection will be based on the following criteria:
Parent permission forms (required)
Attendance
Behavior referrals
Simply signing up does not guarantee that your student will be chosen if they do not meet the attendance and behavior criteria.
Hair Requirements for Selected Students:
If selected, students will be asked to come to school with clean and blow-dried hair on the day of their appointment. This will ensure the best results for the braiding services.
Selected students will be asked to choose their style prior to the date of service so that our stylist will bring the correct amount of supplies.
Please complete this permission form for your student to participate. If you need a paper form, please contact the school and we will be sure one is sent home with your student. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
