AACPS is committed to meeting career and college readiness goals set out by the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future.

In that spirit, Anne Arundel County Public Schools (AACPS) has partnered with Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation (AAWDC) and Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) to provide middle and high school students with wonderful opportunities to learn from industry leaders as career coaches.

AAWDC is the bridge between understanding the workforce and talent development needs of local and regional businesses and preparing individuals to meet their full career potential. Likewise, AACC focuses on helping local students get job training, professional skills, earn a certificate or degree, and take classes for personal enrichment. In collaboration with these amazing organizations, AACPS career coaches are in place to guide students towards their professional aspirations by offering exploration resources and mentorship to find a meaningful career pathway.
