Attention Rising 7th Grade Parents

Vaccine Requirements for 7th Graders

These required vaccines should be administered at age 11:

• MCV4 (Meningococcal)

• Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis)

Call your healthcare provider to make sure your 7** grader is up to date!|

Provide a copy of your child's vaccinations to school.

Students without proof of vaccination will not be allowed to attend school

Students who are uninsured, underinsured (insurance does not cover vaccines) or on Medical Assistance can get free vaccines from the Anne Arundel County Health Department:
