Teaching artists in a variety of arts disciplines are sought to support Apex Plus (the Apex Arts High School Extended Day program)!
Selected artist(s)/residencies:
PROJECTS - Serve between 20-40 sessions, 10-30 students per project, culminate with a performance (for performing arts) an exhibit/presentation (for visual arts), and/or portfolio material (video recording, photographic evidence, written evidence, etc.)
APPLIED EXPERIENCES - Serve between 15-25 classes, 2 days a week per class, 10-30 students per class, culminate with portfolio material (video recording, photographic evidence, written evidence, etc.)
May be scheduled within or across trimesters

Current AACPS Background Check
Preferred - Prior teaching experience, ideally with secondary students.
