Hi there, my name is Kristin Koscher! This will be my tenth year teaching for AACPS and my third year at Glen Burnie Park! I graduated from WVU with a Masters of Art in Education and a specialization in Special Education. I live in Baltimore with my puppy Wiley, love spending time with family and friends, and being active. I look forward to another fun and successful year at GBPE!

Hi everyone! My name is Katie Pine and I am so excited to be part of the GBPE family! I taught 3 years at Germantown Elementary and this will be my fifth year at Glen Burnie Park! I graduated from Radford University with my bachelors in Elementary Education and my Masters in Special Education. My husband and I live in Baltimore with our dog and two cats. We love to be outside, at the beach, or just being with our friends and family. I cannot wait to get to know everyone this year!

My name Michelle Scipione and I am so excited to be joining Glen Burnie Park Elementary this year! I have a bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction and have been teaching for 10 years! Some of my hobbies are traveling, hiking, animals, arts and crafts, and spending time with family and friends. I’m looking forward to getting to know you and all the learning and growing we will do this year!

Hi there, my name is Alex Stewart (formally Miss Stencil). This will be my ninth-year teaching at GBPE. Prior to starting at GBPE, I taught for one year in Thomasville, NC. I graduated from High Point University with my Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and my Master’s in Elementary Education with a concentration in STEM. I have my Administration Certificate from McDaniel College. This year I am so excited to continue my role as Special Educator. I look forward to continuing to work with our GBPE Ohana and learners from diverse backgrounds. When I am not working, I enjoy watching the Ravens and Orioles play, spending time with my big family, watching my niece cheer at Spalding High School, exercising, traveling with my husband, and spending time with friends. I look forward to another exciting and successful year at GBPE!

Hello! My name is Jessica Martis. I have been a speech-language pathologist since 2004. I have worked in a variety of settings-including a pediatric hospital and non-public schools, as well as with students of all ages (early childhood to high school) and ability levels. I live in Baltimore with my boyfriend and dog, Theo. I look forward to working with you and your child on improving his/ her communication skills.
