Advanced topics such as tax accounting, investing, and corporate accounting will be covered. Career pathways for accounting will be examined and the use of accounting knowledge in a variety of career clusters will be explored. Students will obtain the necessary skills to continue their education at a post-secondary institution or begin employment immediately after high school as accounting clerks.
