South Shore Elementary School third-grade teacher Teresa Beilstein, a six-year teaching veteran, was named the 2018-2019 Anne Arundel County Public Schools Teacher of the Year. Ms. Beilstein was also named the 2019-2020 Maryland Teacher of the Year by the Maryland State Department of Education.
