Compassionate Outreach

Glen Burnie High School has always been a school of compassion and understanding. As an institution that supports our community when needed, we are asking you to extend your efforts by contributing financially to others in need.

  • Operation Haiti: Containers for grades 9-12 will be placed in the cafeteria during lunches. Proceeds will benefit the American Red Cross to support the hundreds of thousands of earthquake victims in Haiti. Contact Ms. Simms if you would like to make a donation.
  • Hoops for the Homeless: A basketball tournament was held February 20th to raise money for the House of Hope. GBHS raised nearly $7,500 for needy families in the area! Miss the game? You can still donate money--just contact Coach Rudd at 443-889-4242
