The Glen Burnie High School GSA is an all inclusive school club that provides support for its members and works to promote awareness and education of GLBTQ issues to create a positive campus and community environment for all. At our meetings we provide support for other members, socialize, plan activities, and discuss issues related to being lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or questioning. We hope that these discussions promote personal growth, provide a place where members can discuss school and social issues as they relate to their sexuality, provide emotional support and foster a sense of pride. The meetings are open to all students, teachers, administrators, and other school staff at Glen Burnie High School. Outside visitors are welcome but must be approved by a school official before the meeting. Discussions and information shared at the meetings are confidential in order to provide an open exchange of communication.
